📦 1. Subscription & Shipping

You enroll in a monthly subscription plan (e.g., weight loss, hair health) through NovaRX’s online service

After enrollment, medication is processed by a US FDA-approved pharmacy novarx.co.
🔄 2. Cancel Before Shipment

You may cancel your upcoming order at any time before the prescription is fulfilled and shipped.

Cancellations made before the pharmacy ships your medication will result in no charge for that month, and your subscription will be terminated effective immediately.
🚚 3. Cancel After Shipment

If your medication has already been processed and shipped, the current month’s charge is non-refundable since the prescription has already been filled and sent.

Your subscription will be canceled going forward, preventing charges or deliveries in subsequent months.
✅ 4. Eligibility & Refunds

If our medical team determines you’re ineligible for treatment (based on your quiz responses or doctor review), any processing or subscription fees that have not yet been shipped will be fully refunded .

Once medication is in transit, the shipment is considered final for that billing period; no returns or refunds will be issued.
🕐 5. How to Cancel

Log into your NovaRX account and navigate to your subscription settings to cancel.

Alternatively, email support@novarx.co (or use NovaRX’s contact form) and request cancellation.

For shipments not yet processed, cancellation is effective immediately. For shipped orders, cancellation becomes effective the next billing cycle.
⏰ 6. Timing & Notifications

We recommend canceling 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment date to ensure the pharmacy does not process your order.

NovaRX will send an email confirmation for all cancellations. If no confirmation is received within 1 business day, please contact support.

NovaRX’s services are provided via telehealth, under US board-certified doctors and FDA-approved pharmacies NovaRX complies with all relevant health regulations and reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if prescriptions are deemed medically unnecessary or unsafe.
